- Kinilaw na Hipon: Shrimp, Japanese cucumber, shallots, chilli, ginger, cilantro, fish sauce, vinegar, lime juice, sugar, coconut cream and Sweet potatoes
- Paku Sprill Roll: Paku, salted egg, red onions, tomatoes, Rice paper, Fish sauce dressing - patis, lime juice, sugar and chillies
- Suam na Mais: White corn on the cob, Shrimp, chili leaves, raw shrimp paste, cream,onion, garlic and Yellow corn kernels
- Pinakbet: Tilapia fillet, Pumpkin, Potatoes, Long beans, okra, Garlic, onions, tomatoes, roasted eggplant, spicy shrimp paste, Leeks and cilantro
- Chilled Saba Rice Pudding: Sticky rice, soy milk, white sugar, brown sugar, Sago, fresh strawberries, Saging Saba, sliced almonds and cinnamon
