Join us on February 23, 2023, for a once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience at the "Great Chef's Kitchen Lab". Our mission is to discover talented, up-and-coming chefs who possess the skills and potential to become culinary stars.

The event features a unique laboratory where a small group of willing and participating judges (12 max) will provide constructive feedback on the 5 or 6-course meal created by the young chef. After the event, you'll be asked to rate each course on a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being the highest).

This month, our featured chef is the talented Joaquin Carsi Cruz, who will showcase his culinary prowess with a tantalizing menu that includes 

• Maiz : Spiced corn bisque, heirloom corn, pickled baby corn, butter poached manila clams, crispy polenta, vadouvan popcorn granola, clam foam, basil oil
• Mi-cuit : Lemongrass cured salmon, beetroot confit, fermented rice leche de tigre, dill oil, pinipig
• Pav: Sourdough focaccia, garlic confit, tomato masala butter
• Ceps : Fermented pearl barley, porcini-miso veloute, smoked bacon, tamari glazed mushroom, mushroom crisp, parmesan foam
• Duck-ah : Aged duck breast, lavender dukkah, orange glaze, apple jus, pear relish, sichuan apple chutney, five spice duck leg croquette
• Forest; Almond sponge, anise-cherry soak, black cherry gelee, chocolate-amaretto cremeux, caramelized white chocolate mousse, pistachio crumble

The Great Chef's Kitchen Lab is not to be missed by anyone who loves food and is looking for inspiration from the next generation of culinary stars. Help us find the rare gem in culinary talents. After each quarterly event, the media will be invited to help promote the winner and their remarkable culinary skills. One a quarter we will create a larger event 50-60 people including media press to savor the winner's menu every three month.
