For Users

For users, this is how to use our system and buy your tickets:

  1. You must be a registered member to purchase tickets on our platform. Or if you have already an account with ticketbooth.ph, simply login
  2. After you have logged in, choose your ticket the ticket of your event, set quantity and if you have a voucher code, simply validate the code, (Please note that once you have purchased it is not refundable, unless if the event is canceled by the organizer)
  3. After simply click BUY to confirm your purchase, you will be prompted to choose one of the various payment options. 
  4. Please note that online payment and Paypal/Credit Card has an immediate confirmation of purchase. The other payments need that you complete the payment by either going online, or to the counter of the chosen partner, within 48 hours after which your transaction will be voided and you will have to do the process again. 
  5. Check your email to confirm that you accept now the ticket delivery (email called transfer of custody). Please check also spambox if you do not receive the confirmation
  6. Print this ticket with a QR visible on any paper to show at the door of the event.
