We are invited tonight to join the Table of Chef Thomas Wenger, of Enderun Restaurant 101. Chef Thomas is actually the one training and perfecting all the other upcoming chefs from the re-known Culinary school Enderun. Tonight he will has a 7 course meal which includes :
Chilled white gazpacho
Seared sea scallop, steamed prawn, crisp jamon, basil coulis

Roasted pear and celeriac, mushroom consommé.

Champange-barley risotto, fried squash flowers, crustacean sauce

For those arriving between 6:30am to 7:30pm, we can have an apertizer at the bar and we can mingle with each others, extra drinks (cocktails etc.) are to be settled directly with the bar. Dinner will be served at 7:30pm.
